Your tasks and learning areas will include:
- Digitalization of building permit documents and creation of a structured digital archive
- Identification and categorization of relevant documents to ensure efficient storage and retrieval
- Support in developing standards and processes for digital document management
- Collaboration with various departments to ensure all required documents are captured and digitized
What you bring:
- Ongoing studies in architecture, civil engineering
- Basic knowledge of building permit management and familiarity with the fundamental documents of a building permit
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience with common software applications for document management and digitization
- Self-motivated and structured working style, as well as teamwork skills
- Interest in digital solutions and optimizing workflows
- Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
