Description
You will work as an RTL2GDS Application Engineer, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Synopsys synthesis tools. You will develop deep understanding of customer design objectives, constraints, and bottlenecks, then architect technical solutions using the Synopsys digital EDA platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for Synopsys synthesis tools, including DC NXT and Fusion Compiler
- Developing deep understanding of customer design objectives, constraints, and bottlenecks
- Architecting technical solutions using the Synopsys digital EDA platform
- Partnering with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Working directly with Synopsys R&D teams to escalate field issues, influence product roadmaps, and drive feature development
- Delivering technical presentations, product overviews, and hands-on training to customer engineering teams

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in digital design implementation, including RTL-to-GDSII flows for SoC or IP block design. You should also have fluency in English, both written and spoken, and experience with Synopsys digital tools such as DC NXT or Fusion Compiler.
