We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Covington clinic. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans that help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.
Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans
