Description
We are looking for customer-obsessed individuals to join our Customer Service team as Customer Service Team Members - Overnights. This role involves providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media. You will be the point of contact for our customers, responding to their needs in an efficient and timely manner.
As a Customer Service Team Member - Overnights, you will work 37.5 hours a week between 20:00 - 07:15 Monday to Sunday, with 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off. Our contact centres are open 365 days per year.
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions that help and benefit our customers
- Maintain high standards and continually strive to improve the service for our customers
- Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
- Support a continuous improvement ethos within the contact centre
- Actively seek to improve processes and workflows
- Work well within a dynamic team environment
About you:
- You don't need to have worked in a contact centre environment before, but you should show us that you understand what great customer service looks like
- You'll be comfortable talking to customers however they choose to reach out
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You're comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
- You're resilient and able to help your customers when they need you the most
