Deployment Strategist

As a Deployment Strategist at Palantir, you'll work with a driven team to deploy software against complex problems. Your mission is to synthesise disconnected streams of thought into an understanding of the problem, data, product needs, user motivations, and potential impact.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customer analysts to understand their critical questions and biggest problems
• Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
• Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable pipelines
• Build customised workflows for new user groups
• Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and has a tangible impact
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives
• Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field observations into cross-Palantir product offerings
• Build and deliver demonstrations to new and existing customers
• Scope out potential engagements in new industries and locations

Requirements:

• Ability to travel 25-75%
• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
