We are a team of travel enthusiasts striving to revolutionise the vacation rental industry by leveraging modern technologies to help hosts easily manage their properties while enabling guests to find the perfect holiday home. We serve over 100 million users each year.

This is a 6-month mandatory internship position in Account Management, starting in November 2026. You will support Account Managers with new homeowners' onboarding and post-booking-related questions, ensuring Holidu meets their needs.

Your Role

• Support Account Managers with new homeowner onboarding and post-booking queries
• Ensure Holidu remains the best solution for homeowners' needs
• Participate in growing our portfolio inventory by enhancing the ambassador and referral program
• Focus on special campaigns launched by Holidu to boost customer performance
• Gradually become the responsible person for all accounts outside our focus regions

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (L3, M1, or M2) for a mandatory internship
• Studying tourism, economics, business administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent work attitude and excellent time management
• Positive attitude towards new challenges and empathetic personality
• Near-native French and good English skills (written and spoken)
