Einrichter*in im Bereich Verpackung

We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team at Bayer's manufacturing facility in Weimar, Germany. As an Einrichter*in im Bereich Verpackung, you will be responsible for maintaining, modifying, and repairing pharmaceutical packaging equipment to ensure maximum availability and optimal performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and troubleshooting packaging equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Conducting systematic error analyses to identify and resolve issues
• Performing technical optimizations and maintenance tasks on packaging equipment
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve packaging processes and eliminate bottlenecks
• Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A degree in mechatronics, industrial electronics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the packaging industry
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
