Join our team at Holidu, a leading provider of holiday rentals, and become an Account Manager for our West Germany and Sauerland region. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-performing hosts in the region, building strong relationships with them, and driving revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of high-performing hosts in the West Germany and Sauerland region
- Building strong relationships with hosts through regular on-site visits (30% of your time)
- Analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue
- Optimizing listings, advising on pricing and availability, and ensuring hosts maximize bookings and revenue
- Conducting email campaigns to activate and develop accounts
- Organizing host events to build a strong regional network and strengthen relationships with partners
- Supporting new hosts during their onboarding process, ensuring a successful start
We're looking for someone with experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to remain calm and friendly in all situations, and think customer-centrically, problem-solve, and work data-drivenly.
