The goal is to continue this success and provide optimal customer service. We are offering a position as a Service Technician / Automotive Mechatronics Engineer.
Job Summary: As a Service Technician / Automotive Mechatronics Engineer at Porsche Centre Landau, you will perform maintenance services according to manufacturer specifications and schedules. You will conduct complex assembly and repair work, professional error analyses, and diagnoses on Porsche vehicles. Additionally, you will retrofit and commission accessories and attachments, carry out functional tests for complex repairs, process diagnostic protocols, and document orders according to manufacturer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all maintenance services according to manufacturer specifications and schedules
- Conduct defined, potentially extensive assembly and repair work
- Professional error analysis and diagnosis on Porsche vehicles
- Retrofit and commissioning of accessories and attachments
- Carry out functional tests for all complex repair work
- Process diagnostic protocols and implement repairs
- Document orders according to manufacturer specifications
Requirements:
- Successfully completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics engineer
- Relevant professional experience, ideally at Porsche, is beneficial
- Further training as a high-voltage technician is desirable
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronics, as well as diagnostics
- High performance readiness, conscientiousness, and customer orientation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Openness to the latest developments and technical progress, especially in the field of e-mobility
