Learning Materials Designer

Develop scalable, engaging solutions tailored to the provided project scopes. Act as an in-house content designer, contributing to employee performance, productivity, and growth through cost-effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning materials for various audiences across the Customer and Agent Solutions business segment
• Design and develop learning materials that are engaging and effective
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a similar role, preferably with design experience
• Experience with learning platforms
• Fluent English

Software Management

• Microsoft Office
• Articulate 360 or Captivate
• Camtasia or Adobe Premier
• AI-driven authoring tools Synthesia or AI-driven Call simulator
