Senior Manager, Field Operations

The Senior Manager, Field Operations will shape the growth and performance of Airbnb's Homes business across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. You will lead a team of Market Managers to drive strategies that expand high-quality supply, strengthen host success, and enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of Market Managers and Market Associates to grow Airbnb's Homes supply across MexicoCCA
• Partner with the Country Manager to execute country strategic plans
• Design and lead territory-level strategies for acquisition, optimization, and host quality
• Experiment with new sources of supply and measure results
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Policy, and Product
• Monitor and own business performance, ensuring markets meet revenue, supply, and quality KPIs
• Identify market trends and opportunities, providing solutions to overcome barriers
• Coach and develop talent, building a high-performing team culture

Requirements:

• 14+ years of experience in global operations, business development, or marketplace management
• 5+ years in a people-leadership role managing and scaling teams
• Deep market expertise and strong understanding of the MexicoCCA travel and hospitality landscape
• Combination of operational and commercial, public speaking, and marketing skills
• Bold, compassionate, and action-oriented leader with a strong bias for action
• Analytical and strategic thinker who uses data and insights to uncover opportunities
• Proven ability to influence product, policy, and cross-functional teams
• Skilled at leveraging tools, dashboards, and analytics to assess performance
• Demonstrated success in achieving strong results through others
