We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team in Stratford. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers. You will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's, and build solid relationships with team members and management.
You will have the opportunity to attend Charlotte's Magic Academy, where you will learn about art, commerce, and Charlotte's own values. You will also have the chance to disrupt processes and have your voice truly heard.
As a Beauty Expert, you will be expected to follow the company grooming standards and display good looks. You will also be required to have an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy and experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment.
