Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Plainfield location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans
• Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
• Work with patients to educate them on proper techniques and exercises to improve their physical function
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and ages
• Certification in a specialty area such as sports medicine or pediatrics
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
