Product Test Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a creative and independent Product Test Hardware Engineer to join our team in Hsinchu, Taiwan. As a Product Test Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the test production line, sustaining the test program, enhancing the test yield, and improving the test quality across all devices, including GPUs, self-driving devices, and AI-computing chips.

Responsibilities:

• Work on mechanical design with vendors for ATE HW and qualification for NPI and production.
• Conduct ATE HW quality control and improvement.
• Standardize production process flow and data management to build a robust system supporting DFM.
• Investigate operation HW-related issues and solve problems.
• Collaborate with functional teams to improve operation efficiency.
• Evaluate new thermal materials and applications to enhance thermal performance.
• Act as a liaison between the planner team and key chip subcontractors to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are met.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical engineering with at least 3 years of working experience.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience in wafer sort and final test operations is essential.
• Expertise in change kit and socket design is a plus.
• Experience in CP/FT/CPO operation process improvement is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and quantitative skills.
