Description
We're seeking a Client Account Manager II to join our US Enterprise Sales team. As a Client Account Manager II, you will be responsible for driving a sophisticated book of business featuring some of the largest advertisers at Pinterest. You'll work directly with key advertisers as a trusted consultant to their business, providing strategic advice, analytical skills, and sales skills to bring to life the value we deliver as a platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing client accounts, collaborating with partners to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities
- Translating partner goals and data into clear, actionable insights for effective media strategies
- Advising clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement best practices
- Participating in client meetings to understand needs, solve challenges, and promote Pinterest solutions
- Clearly explaining complex products and processes, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies
- Building strong partner relationships and proactively expanding opportunities to drive revenue growth
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising sales, preferably with performance advertisers, and a proven ability to manage mutually beneficial client accounts independently. They will also have strong knowledge of digital ad technologies across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social, and be effective at managing multiple priorities and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research. They will leverage AI to work more efficiently, whether it's streamlining optimizations, preparing for client meetings, or surfacing insights from campaign data, while maintaining attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. The position is based in New York, NY, and requires in-office collaboration 2x week.
