Physical Therapist

Team Rehab is seeking an outpatient-focused Physical Therapist. As a Physical Therapist with Team Rehab, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of helping them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent healthcare for patients, ensuring good outcomes and a positive experience.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility.
• Develop plans of care, create measurable functional goals, and adjust plans as patients progress.
• Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury.
• Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup.
• Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function.
• Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
• Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, with a target of 60 treatments in a 40-hour workweek.
• Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development.
• Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
