Job Description: We're seeking a motivated and experienced Serviceberater to join our team. As a Serviceberater, you will be responsible for systematically processing sales areas, regularly approaching target groups to increase brand awareness, and providing customer advice and sales of new and used cars, guarantee programs, financial services, and accessories.
Responsibilities:
- Systematic processing of sales areas
- Regular approach to target groups to increase brand awareness
- Customer advice and sales of new and used cars, guarantee programs, financial services, and accessories
- Conducting advisory and sales conversations and actively approaching customers
- Presenting relevant vehicles while emphasizing the benefits for customers and conveying the product and brand value to customers
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Purchase and sale, as well as delivery of vehicles
- Lead generation, customer care, and customer loyalty
- Monitoring and analyzing sales opportunities in the sales area
- Sales administration
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with certification as a qualified automobile salesman
- Several years of experience in a comparable position in the premium segment
- Secure handling of MS Office
- Good English knowledge
- Structured and independent working style
- Confident appearance and strong customer orientation
- Strong team and communication skills, as well as assertiveness
- High quality and punctuality
