Senior Maintenance Technician

There are two positions available for Senior Maintenance Technicians, one for first shift and one for second shift. As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will lead maintenance execution, troubleshoot complex utilities and equipment, and mentor teammates. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure the smooth operation of cleanroom facilities and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on cleanroom HVAC, BMS/EMS, process equipment, and critical utilities.
• Operating and troubleshooting boilers, steam generators, cooling towers/chillers, and water treatment systems.
• Supporting cleanroom integrity, leading root cause analysis and CAPA, calibrating instruments, and contributing to equipment qualification.
• Owning documentation in CMMS with impeccable GDP and championing EHS.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6-10+ years of experience in GMP biopharma or cell therapy/ATMP maintenance, including cleanrooms and regulated utilities.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent military/apprenticeship training.
• Technical expertise in HVAC for controlled environments, clean steam/chilled water/process gases, electrical systems up to site-authorized voltage, reading P&IDs/schematics/single-line diagrams, and basic PLC/HMI.
• GMP savvy, including cGMP, GDP, deviations/CAPA, validation/qualification for utilities.
• Systems knowledge, including CMMS, BMS/EMS, and comfort with digital workflows and e-logbooks.
• Soft skills, such as clear communication, teamwork, prioritization, and mentoring.
