Director, Financial & Corporate Communications

You will define and lead CoreWeave's financial and strategic communications function at a pivotal moment in the company's evolution as a newly public company, shaping how our business is understood by investors, analysts, media, and policy stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own earnings communications, financial media strategy, and high-stakes issues management
• Translate complex financial, operational, and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that influence market perception and investor confidence
• Partner closely with executive leadership, Legal, IR, and Policy to provide real-time counsel during critical moments
• Build and scale the systems, relationships, and operating rigor required to succeed as a public company

Success in the First 6–12 Months

• Establish and lead a best-in-class earnings communications process
• Build and deepen relationships with top-tier financial and business media
• Develop and operationalize a comprehensive issues management framework
• Lead communications through high-stakes scenarios with strong executive alignment and positive external outcomes
• Define and implement measurable KPIs for communications effectiveness

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in financial or corporate communications, ideally within publicly traded or late-stage technology companies
• Experience leading earnings or investor communications, managing complex issues, and advising senior executives
• Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear narratives
• Relationships with financial and business media, and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud, AI, semiconductors, or infrastructure
• Familiarity with public company reporting cycles, disclosure expectations, and investor dynamics
• Experience managing external agencies during periods of heightened media or market scrutiny
