Logistic Analyst PL

We are seeking a hybrid professional who combines expertise in strategic negotiation with skills in data analysis and automation. The primary objective is not just to buy, but to modernize purchasing processes using Big Data and programming to identify efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex negotiations and develop sourcing strategies focused on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and innovation.
• Develop and implement automations (Macros/Scripts) to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks from the team.
• Collect, process, and analyse large volumes of purchase data to predict trends, identify hidden savings, and optimise spend.
• Create dynamic management dashboards (Power BI/Excel) that support management decision-making with real-time data.
• Act on regional/global projects, requiring fluent communication in English.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements (Must Haves):

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory for global interaction).
• Excel Advanced with solid experience in VBA (Visual Basic) and creation of complex Macros.
• Programming Language: Knowledge in Python (focused on data analysis/libraries like Pandas or automation of scripts).
• Analytical Profile: Proven experience in Big Data Analysis applied to business.
• Experience in Purchasing: Previous experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

Nice to Have:

• Systems ERP: Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA (recommended, but not mandatory).
• Data Visualisation: Advanced knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• SQL: Knowledge in database queries.
