You are a senior technical leader who thrives on solving difficult engineering and quality problems that matter. You bring deep experience in silicon, logic, or related systems, along with strong expertise in I/O and interface IP.
You have a track record of leading root cause analysis, strengthening engineering practices, and helping teams solve recurring problems in ways that last. You are comfortable working across functions, influencing stakeholders through technical credibility, and bringing clarity to situations where the stakes are high and the path forward is not obvious.
You will lead deep technical RCCA and 8D investigations for complex, high-impact silicon IP quality issues and drive corrective actions through to resolution. You will improve and scale quality methods, standards, and engineering practices that enable stronger, more predictable execution across teams.
You will partner with design, applications, program management, and other stakeholders to resolve cross-functional quality challenges. You will mentor engineers through technical reviews, problem-solving discussions, and lessons learned, helping strengthen overall team capability.
You will identify systemic quality risks early and drive the right cross-team actions before issues escalate. You will serve as a trusted technical partner for internal stakeholders, bringing clarity, judgment, and practical direction to difficult problems.
You will contribute to stronger design flows, quality systems, and operating practices that improve both current execution and future scalability.
