You will be part of our Talent & Organization Team, consisting of 24 people. We are looking for an intern starting ideally in July 2026, full-time for 6 months.
Your role will involve supporting our recruiting process, taking care of your own job openings, managing the talent pool, and being responsible for your own projects. You will also support other Talent & Organization functions if necessary and contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen Holidu's visibility and positioning among top talent.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have finished or ongoing studies in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or Economics, and previous experiences in Recruiting and Human Resources are a plus. You should also have outstanding communication skills, an independent and reliable working method, good problem-solving skills, and be open and enthusiastic about communicating with people.
