As part of the EA SPORTS & Racing team, we're looking for an Assistant Producer III to join our Advanced Technology Group. The Advanced Technology Group is part of the EA SPORTS Tech organization, focused on developing cutting-edge game features and engine enhancements in close collaboration with game and engine dev teams.
You will be responsible for production of 1–2 projects or feature areas, ensuring delivery against defined goals, timelines, and quality expectations. This includes managing priorities, scope, and trade-offs across features, balancing team capacity, technical constraints, and product needs. You will also support the creation of feature briefs, designs, and establishing key deliverables, writing user stories for products to be integrated across EA Sports titles.
As an Assistant Producer III, you will partner with Production, UX Design, Tech Leads, Tech Art, Engineering, Project Management, and QV teams to support features from early concept and prototyping through production, helping define solutions in ambiguous problem spaces. You will track progress and risks, proactively updating and escalating when needed to senior production leadership.
You will contribute to quality oversight by reviewing builds, validating outcomes, and ensuring features meet product and technical standards. You will facilitate team communication, ensuring stakeholders are informed on priorities, status, and changes. With increasing autonomy, you will execute against delegated responsibilities, leveraging senior producers for guidance and escalation.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in Game Production/Design with 2+ years of relevant experience delivering features from beginning to end. You will have a passion for pioneering and innovation, encouraging others to consider different perspectives, and finding innovative solutions. You will also have experience managing feature delivery, prioritizing work, and operating within a cross-functional development environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $77,700 - $107,900 CAD, depending on location.
