FBS Operational Support Analyst II

Job Summary

You will analyse existing procedures to develop improvements and refinements, and write procedure bulletins. You will provide advanced system triage and support for all Commercial Insurance Center locations. You will research and resolve system errors. You will act as a subject matter expert on Commercial projects, defects and enhancements and coordinate with IT. You will support release management pre and post production validation events. You will support coordination of User Acceptance Test events on new features and functionality.
