Merchandiser - jud. Arges/Dambovita

We are seeking a Merchandiser to work in the Modern Trade channel in Argeș and Dâmbovița counties. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal product visibility and availability in stores, implementing planograms, managing inventory, promoting products, and maintaining good relationships with store managers.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain planograms in assigned locations
• Ensure correct product positioning on shelves and adherence to merchandising standards
• Verify and manage inventory in stores to avoid stockouts
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure adequate replenishment of products
• Implement promotional campaigns and point-of-sale materials in sales locations
• Maintain visibility of promotional materials and secondary displays
• Build and maintain good working relationships with store managers and staff
• Collect and transmit customer feedback to the sales and marketing team
• Report daily/weekly on merchandising activities and sales
• Monitor competitor activities and report them to superiors
• Participate in training sessions organized by the company to stay up-to-date with new products and merchandising strategies
• Train store personnel on the benefits of company products

Requirements:

• High school diploma; higher education is an advantage
• Previous experience in merchandising, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Flexibility and availability for frequent travel
