Description
As a Receptionist, you will provide a high-quality frontline response to customer enquiries, acting as the efficient interface with other departments throughout the company. Your role will involve manning the front desk, maintaining the reception area and display of current Future Publishing magazines, and providing an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional first point of contact for all enquiries from visitors, customers, contractors, and suppliers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering the main telephone promptly, politely, and professionally at all times and directing the caller to the correct person/department
- Maintaining the stationery and refreshment supply for the building
- Handling complex travel bookings, hire cars, and booking train tickets often short notice
- Providing an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional first point of contact for all enquiries from visitors, customers, contractors, and suppliers
You will be required to work three days from the office and two days from home.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £15,000, plus uncapped leave, a share of the company's profits, and other great perks.
