Description
We're seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic to join our team. As a Programmatic practitioner, you'll help shape and oversee delivery of work for clients, defining objectives and measuring success in line with overall campaign objectives and wider client-centric KPIs. You'll work closely with the delivery team to enable this, generating and promoting innovative new concepts to clients and sharing successes across the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time
- Effectively tracking and optimising campaigns
- Developing and implementing guidelines and processes
- Contributing to developing the programmatic best-practice roadmap
- Acting as a point of escalation for client teams
- Leading and mentoring others across the practice
We're looking for someone with strong programmatic delivery knowledge and 4+ years of experience, with demonstrable success in optimising programmatic campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development. You'll be a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
