Sr. Partnership Specialist

Tony's Chocolonely is seeking a Sr. Partnership Specialist to build trusted partnerships with cooperatives in Côte d'Ivoire.

The successful candidate will translate Tony's Open Chain ambitions into action, coordinating program implementation across Human Rights, Climate & Environment, and Cooperative Strengthening.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive program delivery: translating quarterly impact program plans into clear monthly implementation plans
• Be the partnership anchor: acting as the trusted advisor and primary operational contact for partner cooperatives
• Make plans happen: coordinating annual premium plans, quarterly meetings, and implementation updates
• Keep us sharp on progress: tracking implementation progress, flagging risks or delays, and gathering impact stories
• Lead the team: supporting collaboration across specialists and program assistants

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree
• 5+ years of experience in the cocoa sector, with exposure to cooperative partnerships and program implementation
• Strong communication skills in cross-cultural settings, fluent in French and English
• Experience with planning, reporting, KPI tracking, and turning program priorities into practical implementation plans
• Willingness to travel regularly to cooperatives, farmers, and communities

Salary: XOF 26,000,000 - 33,000,000 per year
