You know our target audience and are responsible for the brand image and product knowledge at your university and in your area. The main objective of the Student Marketeer programme is to reach new consumers, conquer university students, increase sales and brand visibility at universities. This means direct contact with potential customers and clients through product testing, but also direct collaboration during Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience.
As a Student Marketeer, you will be involved in the following responsibilities:
- Be a Brand & Product Ambassador: Live the brand values and represent Red Bull fully through continuous interaction with consumers and clients.
- Expand consumer numbers through product sampling and product knowledge, responding competently to consumer questions.
- Plan and implement an innovative action plan within universities to engage students and highlight the brand.
- Build a strong network by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the sector.
- Bring the Red Bull world to your social channels with authentic and true content.
- Collaborate with Red Bull events to provide an unforgettable experience for consumers.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills. Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality. Sociable with a natural ability to relate to people from different backgrounds in various situations.
- Immerse in university life with a deep understanding of the university itself, the city, and the area, including extracurricular activities.
- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Ability to manage study and part-time work, and be available to work some evenings or weekends.
- Desire to acquire new skills, especially in marketing and sales.
- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
- Currently enrolled as a university student.
- Proficiency in English.
- 90-100% travel requirement.
