Job Summary
As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Carta, you will work to develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy and Management
- Collaborate with Carta's GTM teams to develop and execute demand generation strategies tailored to specific audiences.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of demand generation campaigns.
- Develop robust multichannel demand gen plans on an annual and quarterly basis.
- Work resourcefully within organizational constraints to iteratively test creative tactics and adjust programs based on performance data.
- Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships and ensure responsive communication.
Marketing Communications and Enablement
- Partner with Carta's sales, product, and customer advisory teams to understand the decision journeys, pain points, and informational needs of target audiences.
- Collaborate with content and customer marketing to produce mid- to bottom-funnel assets.
- Surface and share impactful customer stories and pipeline deals to derive insights and demonstrate value.
- Work with web, performance marketing, and digital teams to create and optimize landing pages, digital content, and conversion points.
- Interface with social and content marketing teams to activate compelling content on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other networks.
Events and Field Marketing
- Partner with the Events team to develop and execute geo-targeted campaigns and networking opportunities.
- Identify and recruit top industry voices and Carta executives for event speaking engagements.
- Drive event promotion, registration, and follow-up activities with an eye on pipeline acceleration and maximizing engagement.
Requirements
- Exceptional relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Maturity and strategic acumen to independently drive high-impact demand generation programs.
- Deep understanding of modern marketing functions, including digital, field, ABM, content, events, and lifecycle.
- Strong track record of designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel, data-driven campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in collaborating cross-functionally with revenue teams and influencing senior leaders.
- Outstanding communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
- BA required; experience marketing to institutional investors or financial stakeholders highly desirable.
- 6+ years' experience in GTM, demand generation, field marketing, or ABM roles.
