Join our team as a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to patients. Our Physical Therapists work in outpatient settings, providing care to patients who need rehabilitation after surgery, injury, or illness.
Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations to assess their physical abilities and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Indiana Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient settings Certification in a specialty area, such as sports physical therapy or pediatrics
