Description
Okta is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager - Auth0 Enterprise to join their Technical Account Management Team. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted Identity Coach, guiding customers to achieve their objectives through timely technical guidance, advice, enablement, and best practice sharing.
The ideal candidate has experience in either customer business-facing or technical delivery and exhibits both interest and adaptability to both technical and business discussions. They should be able to showcase an understanding of the TAM role through concrete examples of problem-solving strategies and tactics often faced in the role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a trusted Identity Coach for customers
- Learning customers' businesses and gaining insights into their strategies, goals, and challenges
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with stakeholder personas
- Conducting quarterly customer meetings with executives
- Monitoring customer health, satisfaction, and engagement
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategies to increase customer adoption
- Analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement
- Acting as a product evangelist and representing the voice of the customer
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of total experience in information technology, with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
- Familiarity in core CIAM areas or technical competencies such as authentication and authorization, consuming APIs, high-level understanding of custom consumer and SaaS apps, and passion for learning cybersecurity principles
- Experience with SaaS/PaaS/cloud-based services, driving their adoption, integration, and ongoing use
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle, interest in programming languages, and application builder practices
- A customer-first mindset with the energy and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and achieve customers' business and technical objectives
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence customer behavior & health metrics
