Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Porsche Design, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing the sales floor, visual merchandising, and customer service. You will also be responsible for contributing to the store's financial performance and implementing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in managing the sales floor and visual merchandising
• Contribute to the store's financial performance by achieving sales targets and managing expenses
• Implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store plans and strategies
• Manage and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in retail sales or management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail software
