Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of hardware and software inventory, configurations, and support requests.
  • Using the IT ticketing system to efficiently track, prioritise, and resolve technical issues.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and patches.

Requirements include:

  • Proficiency in desktop and server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols and configurations.
  • Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Familiarity with software installation, configuration, and updates.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Good level of written English proficiency, a strong oral communication skill would be viewed as a plus.
