Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician at Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customers' gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support.

Your primary duties will include:

• Installing, converting, troubleshooting, repairing, and removing Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.

• Performing routine maintenance on gaming machines.

• Responding promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.

• Completing Pre-Site Surveys, following the schedule, and performing service activities assigned.

• Maintaining inventory accuracy and following the parts inventory process.

• Supporting customers with technical inquiries and documentation.

• Reporting on trends, needs, and service challenges.

• Reviewing pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.

• Gathering and reporting accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.

• Upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.

• Self-directing and carrying out day-to-day tasks with little direction.

• Following Aristocrat's Safety Guidelines.
