Financial Analyst

Discord is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Revenue Finance team. The successful candidate will drive revenue modeling, forecasting, and analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-range revenue forecasts incorporating various factors
• Analyze key drivers such as ARPU, retention, and geo/product performance
• Automate and optimize processes using tools like Excel, Pigment, and Looker
• Use AI agents to draft models, automate reporting, and analyze data
• Partner with teams to size opportunities, vet new initiatives, and set targets
• Develop robust processes and resolve data discrepancies
• Stay up-to-date with new AI tools and contribute to team growth

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, top-tier consulting, or high-growth tech FP&A
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with consumer-subscription modeling and AI agents
• Ability to distill complex analysis into actionable recommendations

The role offers a salary range of $116,000 to $130,500, plus equity and benefits.
