Senior Optical Product Sales Manager - OEM and territory accounts
You are a driven and strategic sales professional, passionate about technology and innovation. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at forging strong partnerships with both internal teams and external channel partners.
Responsibilities
- Drive product sales activities for new and renewal business across assigned product lines, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
- Engage with customers via telephone and face-to-face interactions to sell Synopsys products and services.
- Collaborate with field and enterprise sales teams, as well as channel partners, to develop and execute strategies that maximize product and service revenue within each account.
- Identify and uncover opportunities in existing and new accounts for specific products or solutions, handing over qualified leads to the direct sales team.
- Facilitate communication between sales and technical teams, sharing updates on product capabilities, success stories, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for Synopsys' products and services.
- Participate in industry shows and conventions to represent Synopsys and expand market presence.
- Create advanced solution presentations tailored to customer needs, highlighting Synopsys' competitive advantages.
- Coordinate technical support for demos, proof-of-concepts, evaluations, and training sessions.
- Work with team members to develop effective proposals, quotations, and value propositions for customers.
- Provide client feedback to product development and marketing teams to inform future product enhancements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of sales or consulting experience in engineering/technology applications with a proven track record of success, or 6+ years without a degree.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams (ACE, DEV, Marketing, PM) and hierarchies within the organization.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of product market positioning and sales fundamentals.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the territory.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% as required.
