We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Mid-Market international team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our Torso & Tail accounts, managing both the pre and post sales journey of our clients. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and agencies to meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite. For new to Reddit accounts, you will work closely with an acquisition CP to educate, help onboard and grow new to Reddit clients and help them find their first success.
As the CEO of your book of business, you will take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor. You will generate advertising revenue from assigned clients via ad agencies and advertisers directly, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for revenue quota of assigned book of business each quarter.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, owning client meetings from agenda to final presentation, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients to communicate major platform updates, releases, changes, and/or opportunities that will deepen or expand the relationship.
You will provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to clients in order to uplevel and grow the relationship; identify areas of additional opportunity within existing client relationships, including new lines of business, and move them through to close. You will enable and onboard new to Reddit Clients in collaboration with a Acquisition Client Partner.
Qualifications include 5+ years of relevant experience in online media sales, a strong understanding of the media landscape across the DACH region, client-facing experience in advertising sales, account management, or paid social campaign management, and experience in monitoring marketing campaign performance, and make manual optimizations or strategic recommendations as needed.
