Description
We are seeking an Analyst Social Work to join our team. As an Analyst Social Work, you will act as a liaison between employees and medical providers, resolve queries related to coverage, medical benefits, and administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for implementing digital transformation processes, incorporating automation, data analysis, and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and decision-making. Additionally, you will manage employee registrations, audit invoices, and process payments to medical providers. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in onboarding new employees, communicating the benefits of our social work programme. You will also coordinate and lead prevention and well-being campaigns, and maintain our website as the primary channel of communication with employees.
The ideal candidate will be curious, proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven, with a passion for learning and improving processes. You will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in human resources or administration, and be familiar with technology, automation, data, or artificial intelligence. You will also have intermediate to advanced English language skills.
