As a Software Engineer at Robinhood, you will:
- Build, test, and release product-facing features with stringent correctness and scalability requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain user-facing mobile application features using platform-native frameworks and architectures.
- Implement high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that meet product, performance, and accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with product management, design, backend, and platform engineering teams to deliver end-to-end mobile features.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs, and data sources.
- Ensure mobile application performance, reliability, and correctness in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes to maintain code quality and application stability.
- Debug, monitor, and resolve issues in mobile applications across development and production environments.
- Maintain and improve existing mobile codebases through refactoring and technical enhancements.
- Follow mobile engineering best practices for security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
What you bring:
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Education and/or experience must include: Swift or Kotlin; Apple SDKs or Android SDKs; Mobile UI frameworks; RESTful APIs; State management and navigation frameworks; Unit testing and UI testing frameworks; and Version control systems.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to the corresponding compensation zone. Base Pay Range: $161,637 - $195,000 per year
