We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer, Electrical Integration to join our team.
Job Summary As a Senior Systems Engineer, Electrical Integration, you will lead development for an end-to-end solution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead development for an end-to-end solution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architecture
- Design, develop, and maintain system components that meet functional and performance requirements in complex system environments
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, scalability, and resilience of software applications, especially within a distributed systems context
- Work closely with hardware engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components
- Collaborate with the team to define and document software engineering processes and practices, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- A passion for systems design, development, integration, and testing
- 5+ years of industry experience including but not limited to electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or systems engineering
- Comfort with systems modeling tools such as Cameo
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to operate effectively in an Agile development environment
- Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience of complex robotic systems
- Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks using a common language (e.g., Python, MATLAB, etc.)
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, and excellent verbal & written communication skills
- A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
- Must hold a U.S. Secret security clearance
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed for test planning and execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, troubleshooting, and building complex robotic systems
- Familiarity with IP-based networks
- Experience with mission systems to include communications systems and components
- Familiarity with aviation airworthiness considerations
Salary and Benefits The salary range for this role is $166,000-$206,000 USD per year. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package. Additionally, Anduril offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees.
