Clinical Lead Registered Nurse (RN)- Atrium One Health Family Medicine Lake Norman FT

Join our Ambulatory Nursing team at Atrium Health Greater Charlotte! As a Clinical Lead Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the ambulatory, outpatient and Medical group practice settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with policies and procedures under the supervision of the supervisor or manager.
• Support the manager by serving in the capacity of a clinical lead for licensed and unlicensed clinical teammates.
• Develop and implement educational programs for clinical teammates.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Family Medicine experience preferred.
• NC Vaccine for Children's program experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy/Lab experience preferred.
• General worked nursing experience of at least 1 year (not counting schooling/practicum).
• Bachelor's in nursing preferred.
