Description
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Intercom, you will be responsible for evangelizing our product and managing the full sales cycle for our Mid-Market customers. You will provide timely and accurate forecasts and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving products and processes. You will also create your own demonstrations, engage in team development and mentoring, and represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a world-class sales organization and contribute to the overall growth of the global Enterprise business. You will pioneer new best practices and drive projects to up-level the team.
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive and 3+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products. You will have strong sales instincts and a track record of hitting and exceeding quota. You will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization.
