Beauty Expert

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas in Karlsruhe. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales and exceeding expectations, converting customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors, and providing excellent customer service while embodying our brand style.

Key responsibilities include:

• Increasing sales and exceeding targets
• Providing exceptional customer service and embodying our brand style
• Approaching customers and engaging them with targeted traffic-stopping techniques

Requirements include:

• Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
• Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and willingness to represent the brand
• Ideally, experience as a make-up artist
• Positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused thinking
• German language proficiency at level B2
