  • Coordinate planning and implementation across engineering, foundry, supply chain, and OSATs.
  • Support silicon programs, including test HW procurement and allocation, engineering build requests, operational/material planning, capacity tracking, chip supply forecast, and logistics.
  • Bring clarity to ambiguous situations by coordinating inputs, identifying gaps, and driving accountability for NPI chip supply.
  • Develop and maintain trackers, reports, and process documentation.
  • Call out blockers, drive closure on open issues, and ensure decisions are communicated clearly.
  • Continuously improve workflows, communication rhythms, and operational processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ownership approach with the ability to foster accountability without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in semiconductor, silicon, hardware, manufacturing, or technology operations.
  • Background supporting NPI, supply readiness, capacity planning, and silicon lifecycle.
  • PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project/program management certification.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing complex collaborator environments.
  • Proven track record improving operational processes, reporting systems, or cross-functional workflows and strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into clear insights, decisions, and action plans.
