Senior Product Sourcing Engineer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer to join their team in Quonset Point, RI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril's product hardware across their lifecycles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting supplier selection for specific products
• Partnering with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies
• Managing the request for and verification of supplier-related CAPEX
• Conducting value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility
• Reducing complexity of the supply chain through commonality optimization and component/supplier rationalization
• Leading cost engineering activities to minimize total cost of ownership

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or a related technical degree
• Background in design and development of mechanical and/or electronics devices
• Experience with advanced sourcing activities, including positions working as a commodity/sourcing manager
• Familiarity with developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

The salary range for this role is $126,000-$167,000 USD per year.
