Description
Sanford Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Home Care team. The successful candidate will work with clients in their homes, providing physical therapy programs to help them recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
The Physical Therapist will conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions with clients who are affected by injury or disease. They will utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards. The Physical Therapist will document client information for evaluation, establish therapeutic plans, and modify them if necessary. They will also educate clients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises to be continued at home.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current research and be able to incorporate it into daily treatment. They will also be able to work effectively with individuals of all ages with varying diagnoses and disorders.
