Striker, Northern Beaches

As a Striker (Field Sales Representative) at Red Bull, you will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch in the Northern Beaches area of Sydney.

Your main goal will be to deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, in line with 'Perfect Store' standards, representing the Red Bull brand at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Territory Ownership: You will take pride in the ownership of your designated geographical patch, delivering against key targets and metrics to achieve executional excellence across various Independent, corporate grocery, and P&C accounts.
• Business Development: You will strategically approach a defined geographical territory, complete allocated calls, and execute effective visitation of allocated accounts at optimal regularity.
• Long-term Sales Drivers: You will develop relationships with key customers and new business leads, drive in-store presence of Red Bull, and increase product distribution and availability in all channels.
• Short-term Sales Drivers: You will develop relationships with key customers and new business leads, presell and execute displays in line with key promotional periods across corporate and independent accounts.

Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience required, FMCG experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships
• Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness
• Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• A valid and full driver's license is required
• Proficient in written and verbal English
