Channel Manager

As a Channel Manager at Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel strategies and programming plans across all owned and managed channels. You will translate content into effective distribution, optimize release plans, and ensure measurable audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop channel strategies and programming plans across all owned and managed platforms
• Define channel roles, content mix, and platform-specific approaches based on user behavior
• Align programming plans with key racing moments, driver stories, and marketing projects
• Grow YouTube as a core channel for long-form storytelling, recurring formats, and audience growth
• Collaborate with project managers to brief content needs and align content development with program strategies
• Plan and implement editorial concepts across all owned and managed channels
• Define publishing schedules, sequencing, and timing for each platform
• Ensure content is optimized for format, target audience, and platform requirements
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize distribution, timing, and formats
• Translate insights into concrete measures to improve program planning and publishing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Strategy, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, media programming, or social media management
• Strong understanding of key digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Email, Web)
• Ability to analyze content performance and derive actionable program and optimization strategies
• Experience in adapting content and channel strategies to different target audiences and platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• High organizational talent and strong project and time management skills in dynamic environments
