The Team You'll Work With

You'll join a team that focuses on high-impact domains such as Fund Operations, Investor Reporting, and Risk & Compliance. Your expertise will help drive implementation, simplify systems, leverage modern tooling, foster growth, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex technical projects from concept to production, maintaining high standards for performance and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to simplify code and infrastructure, prioritizing changes with measurable business impact.
• Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate workflow, improve code quality, and solve high-level logic problems.
• Mentor and coach peers, raising the technical bar through diligent PR reviews and architectural guidance.
• Partner with product and design to ensure solutions meet user needs.

Requirements

• Experience with Python, Django, React, Postgres, and Kafka (or a desire to learn).
• Ability to break down complex user stories into actionable tasks and execute them with minimal guidance.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to articulate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Salary Range

The minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is $201,875 - $237,500 in Seattle, WA.
